SU MO is a Japanese premium class restaurant. Each detail of the interior underlines the status of its visitors. It’s not by chance that the architectural design «SU MO» was awarded a gold medal at a prestigious international festival of design. The dining room of the restaurant has been completed in red and dark brown, which softly refers to the Japanese style.

The restaurant cuisine has been adapted to the taste of a European food expert. At the same time, the true principle of the Japanese cuisine – food, sauces and cooking methods – is carefully maintained in «SU MO». The specialty of the restaurant is fresh food. Fish and other sea dainties are flown here from Moscow in the shortest time possible.

Apart from the main menu, which  includes sushi, soups, the main course and desserts, at «SU MO» one can order a meal made on teppan, a special Japanese metal griddle.

There are two teppans in the restaurant room. The dishes cooked on them are delicious and the process becomes a spectacular show for the guests.
